Edificio Lamas

A residential development in a strategic spot in Pocitos, just a few meters from the Rambla and the WTC. The project offers studio, one- and two-bedroom units, most notably its through units with a dual orientation that ensure spacious, bright and flexible layouts.

Large windows let the rooms flow out onto the terraces, designed to bring in greenery through planters and blur the line between inside and outside. The project’s materiality relies on noble, timeless elements: the combination of exposed brick and concrete is complemented by wood.
